My passion is painting.  And my family.  I am a fourth generation native of Martha's Vineyard and I have been painting all my life.  I studied art at Syracuse University, the Boston Museum School and privately in Florida for the past 12 years.  I live in Fort Lauderdale with my husband, our two boys, a dog and a cat and  I paint every chance I get.

I can't wait to share my love of art with the next generation.  I have had the good fortune to be taught by some wonderful teachers and I can't wait to pass along all the joy and enthusiasm I have to give.as a classroom instructor.

Why Juicy Universe ?  Juicy is a great descriptive word for watercolors that are filled with light, water and color. They look wet and lively, very different from the somber tones of oil paint, inks and pencil.  Juicy is also a great way to live, living juicy is living with passion, with abundance and savoring the sour and sweet taste of every day.
